Thai Massage
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage
Similar to NeuroMuscular, Deep Tissue Therapy utilizes the use of fingers, knuckles, thumbs, and elbows in a slow, deep fashion to relieve muscle tension.

NeuroMuscular
Inclusive of many therapies with emphasis on the soft tissues of the body, it aims to restore the structural, functional, and postural integrity of the body. It also alleviates pain, reduces stress and health restrictions, as well as muscle tension.

Trigger Point Therapy
A therapeutic technique that strictly aims to find areas of tension and knots and release them with a variation of static holds. This treatment is excellent for recent or chronic tension and helps to restore range of motion.

Reflexology
A treatment in which pressure is applied to reflex points on the hands and feet to unblock the energy channels along the meridians in the body. When the body becomes sluggish, congested, tense, or imbalanced, internal organs and structures have the potential to be affected. Reflexology assists the body in maintaining homeostasis.

Acupressure
Similar to acupuncture, this therapy instead uses fingers on the pressure points along the meridians of the body to unblock energy channels and allow energy to flow freely.

Salt Glows/Sugar Scrubs
Salt and sugar scrubs are wonderful agents for promoting circulation and can be combined with essential oils for an aromatherapy treatment as well. This treatment includes a scrub which exfoliates and softens skin, followed by a Swedish Massage.
